At Better Way Grinding, we specialize in double disc grinding. We have been in business under the same ownership since 1963 and have evolved from a small one-man shop to an organization that employs a team of skilled operators working on a wide range of equipment. 

Better Way Grinding has been under the same ownership for more than 50 years. This assures better quality through consistent training methods and double disc grinding processes, low turnover rates and stable management.

We at Better Way Grinding, Inc. believe our quality control standards are what make our company what it is today. Our Quality Assurance Department ensures that all of our employees perform to their highest levels and that quality workmanship is the end result of their hard work. We don’t believe in taking shortcuts that will degrade our reputation, within the industry, of being a company that produces only quality double disc grinding.

Our 13,500 square foot facility speaks for itself in terms of efficiency and cleanliness.  Our shipping, receiving, and production departments are designed for maximum productivity.  All of our equipment is setup in an organized and efficient manner and is maintained in-house to ensure maximum production and the highest quality results.

Better Way Grinding serves large customers who exclusively supply parts to the Automotive, Defense, Aerospace,  Computer,  Medical, Electronic, Manufacturing, and Knife industries.
